  24.     Gravity.  It will be held in a big sports hall called "Gwardia", which
  25.     is located in Opole in the west-south of Poland. We guarantee you will
  26.     enjoy these few days in our country.

  44.     Sports  hall  "Gwardia",  Kowalska  street 2, Opole, Poland. It's very
  45.     close  to the main railwaystation, less than 200 meters. Besides Opole
  46.     is  located  in  a straight way between two biggest polish cities like
  47.     Wroclaw  and  Katowice  so we hope you will have no problems to get to
  48.     the  party  place.  If  not  then watch out for the scans of Opole and
  49.     Poland comming soon.

  121.     - A group can contribute with as many demos as they want to.
  122.     - A maximum of 20 minutes will be shown of each demo. Maximum size
  123.       is 5 MB.
  124.     - The possibility to click through the demo is a guarantee for that
  125.       the demo will be played all the way to the end.

  128.     64 kb intro competition

  130.     - The maximum size of intros is 64 kb = 65536 bytes.
  131.     - A maximum of 10 minutes will be shown of each intro.
  132.     - A group can contribute with as many intros as they want to.
  133.     - The intro must be able to run on compo machine. The intro must run
  134.       from boot on floppy disks. The intro must be exitable.

  137.     4 kb intro competition

  139.     - The maximum size of intros is 4 kb = 4096 bytes.
  140.     - A maximum of 5 minutes will be shown of each intro.
  141.     - A group can contribute with as many intros as they want to.
  142.     - The intro must be able to run on compo machine and a single floppy
  143.       disk drive. The intro must run from boot on floppy disks. The intro
  144.       must be exitable.

  147.     Wild compo
  148.  
  149.     - In this competion there are no hardware restrictions. You can 
  150.       contribute with whatever machine and configuration you like.
  151.     - If your contribution can take part in other competitions or if it
  152.       is not exceptional special it cannot participate in the WiLD 
  153.       competition.
  154.     - The machine and configuration will be clearly announced during the
  155.       presentation.
  156.     - A maximum of 20 minutes will be shown of each demo.
  157.     - You will have to lend us your equipment during the competition.
  158.     - Video output must be PAL RGB, VGA or Pal Composite.

  161.     Graphics competition
  162.  
  163.     - The picture must be delivered in IFF-ILBM of GIF format. If that 
  164.       is not possible, we will convert for you if we have time for it. Of
  165.       course we cannot warrant against quality loss in conversion.
  166.     - Each artist is allowed to contribute with one picture.
  167.     - don't contribute with scanned, stolen or redrawn pictures.

  170.     4 chanel music competition
  171.  
  172.     - No more than 5 minutes of every tune will be played.
  173.     - About 20 tunes will be played at the big screen.
  174.     - The tune must be delivered in 4-Channel protracker mod.-format.
  175.     - Maximum size is 720 K.

  182.     - All contributions must be delivered at the Organizers before
  183.       deadline. Deadlines for the different competitions can not be moved
  184.       because of the many competitions.
  185.     - All contributions must be delivered on 3,5" DD or HD floppy disks
  186.       and equiped with a party label. The label must be filled out with
  187.       information about:
  188.  
  189.          - in which competition the contribution participates,
  190.          - title of the production,
  191.          - group and name/handle of the contributor,
  192.          - machine and OS for running the production,
  193.          - number of disks total,
  194.          - length in minutes,
  195.          - how to run the contribution.

  198.     - The disks will not be returned, so you'd better remember to make 
  199.       backups.
  200.     - Surprise competitions will be announced at the beginning of Gravity.
  201.     - Every contribution can only participate in one competition, and the 
  202.       rules for that competition must be followed.

  209.     - alcohol/drugs are not allowed on the party place! If you wanna go 
  210.       out for boozing its needless to say, you are in downtown and you 
  211.       find a lot of pubs and clubs,
  212.     - drunk people will be not thrown out, but will be taken to the shower
  213.     - the organizers take no responsibility for the illegal software
  214.       spreaded or used on the party either,
  215.     - signs, stickers, pieces are permitted on wall,
  216.     - our security men will take care of the order and all people who break
  217.       the laws, will be taken to the nearby police station.
  218.     - we will not accept anybody selling food, disks, services etc. without
  219.       our permission.
  220.     - people who cause any damages will of course have to pay for it.

  266.     - entrance price is 10$ USD (or 15 DM),
  267.     - table costs 16$ USD (or 24 DM),
  268.     - you have more chance to get the hotel room,
  269.     - you can win some great prizes!

  274.     - table costs 20$ USD (or 30 DM),

  277.     If we recive enough registration cards then the entrance price will
  278.     be lower or the prizes will be higher. Also we are looking for 
  279.     additional sponsors whole the time so the prizes may be even more
  280.     attractive. If you want to say something interesting about computers
  281.     to the people then better prepare your self - at the party will be
  282.     poeple from RMF FM radio transmitting parts of Gravity live. There
  283.     also will be main editors of the top polish paper magazines you will
  284.     have a chance to talk to. Whole party stuff or a part will be placed
  285.     on the CD ACTION Mazgazine cd rom. Hmm... nothing more to say, just..
